Our host (Netlify) automatically collects certain technical data necessary for the site's operation: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration. This data is used anonymously for security and audience measurement purposes.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Respond to your requests for information or quotes
• Contact you regarding a potential engagement
• Send you professional information you have requested

• Technical data (server logs): retained by our host Netlify according to its own policies (typically 12 months)

Data Recipients

Your data is exclusively intended for Diwan Advisory and is never transmitted to third parties, except for:

• Netlify (host): technical hosting of the site and temporary storage of form submissions
• Anthropic (AI provider): our chatbot conversations pass through the Anthropic API to generate responses. Anthropic does not retain conversations for training purposes.
• OVH (email provider): host of our professional email, through which notifications are transmitted

All these service providers are contractually committed to respecting the confidentiality of your data.
